CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday October 19, 2013

Partner wod, 100 reps of each movement, any way, any combo, just get 100 reps of each movement done for time.  You can do them in any order.  That’s 100 reps total between you and your partner.  Only rule is that only one partner can work at a time.
