CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday October 13, 2018

For time:
100 walking lunge
4 rope climb
75 walking lunge
3 rope climb
50 walking lunge
2 rope climb
25 walking lunge
1 rope climb

Starting in October, we will have to temporarily suspend Thursday night classes. We currently do not have a coach to cover the time, but are on the search. I will try to post a wod you can do from home.
