AMRAP 45:
5 deadlift
5 power clean
5 front squat
5 shoulder to overhead
5 back squat

The purpose of this workout is to do good reps. Not for speed. Rx’d is unbroken rounds. Pick a weight that will allow that. If there is an R’d weight it is 115/75.
