CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday May 3, 2014

“Murph”
For time:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
-if you have a 20 lb vest, wear it.  You can break up the middle portion in any way you want, but the workout must start and end with the run.

If you haven’t done this before or not to the point where this would be a viable workout, you will do half.
