CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday May 25, 2013

Welcome to Hero Week.  It will conclude next Saturday with “Murph”.

3 rounds:
800m run
50 back extension
50 sit up


If you do not have heavy exposure to back extension, you will substitute superman’s.

Notice: We will be closed Monday May 27 for Memorial Day. Regular schedule will resume Tuesday morning.  Enjoy the extra rest day.
