CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday June 8, 2013

CrossFit Games Regional Workout 4: (or at least half of it)
For time:
50 wall ball (20/14)
50 chest to bar pull up
50 pistols (alternating L & R, 50 reps total)
50 db/kb snatch (70/50, alternating L & R, 50 reps total)

We will adhere to the regional standards in order to get rx’d for this wod. Full depth, and height on the wall ball.  Contact collar bone or below for the pull up.  Full rom on pistols with no assistance.  For the snatches, show full control of the weight. You can set the weight down, but you cannot drop it.
