CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday June 22, 2013

6-22-13Partner wod, for time and total reps:
400m run
-max reps pull ups
400m run
-max reps push ups
400m run
-max reps sit ups
400m run
-max reps squats

 

One partner will be running, the other will be doing max reps of whatever movement you are on, then switch.  Score is time and total reps for both of you.
