CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday June 14, 2014

For time:
400m with plate (carry in any manner)
40 ground to overhead with plate
40 walking lunge step with plate (any manner)
40 push up on plate
40 squat with plate (any manner)
40 lateral jump over plate (each jump over counts as one rep)

Technically this is a partner wod, with manners.  The plate is your partner.  Don’t let him go.  Prescribed weights are (45/35).
