CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday June 1, 2013

“Murph”
For time:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

The pull ups, push ups and squats can be broken up and partitioned any way you would like, but the workout must begin and end with a 1 mile run.  If you have a 20 pound vest, wear it.

The last recorded time I have that we have done this is 8/20/11.  I believe we did a half Murph sometime last summer.

There will be scaling options so that everyone will be able to complete a workout.
