CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday January 5, 2012

For time:
75 squats
50 box jumps (24/20)*
75 sit ups
50 mountain climber (2 count)
50 kettlebell swing (55/36)
25 ring dip
50 ball slam
25 push up

 

*-for box jumps you will establish yourself on top of the box and step down.  No more rebounding box jumps.
