CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday January 4, 2014

Partner Wod.

You and one other person will partner up to deadlift a total of 100x your combined bodyweight.  You will select one weight for both of you.  One partner will work for one minute while completing deadlifts, the other will rest.  You will switch each minute until the required number of reps is completed.  There is a 20 minute time limit to this workout.  There is no prescribed weight.  That will be for you and your partner to decide.
