1 rope climb
13 hand stand push ups
69 double under
45 overhead squat (45/25)
45 pull up
45 thruster
45 burpee

Reminder that on this Saturday, January 10 at 10:00 am, Emily will be leading all those interested in the guidelines for the new nutrition challenge.  There will be some talking and then some wodding.  Be there or be round.
