Valentine’s Day Partner Wod

3 rounds, For total reps:
1 minute max pull up, partner holds plate OH
1 minute max hr push up, partner holds plate OH
1 minute max front squat (95/65), partner holds plate OH
1 minute rest

This is similar to a partner wod from a few weeks ago. One partner does max reps of the movement  X while the other holds the plate overhead, then they switch and the partner that had the plate OH does max reps of movement X.  Then they move onto movement Y, both do 1 minute of total reps.  Same thing with movement Z.  Rest 1 minute total, do it two more times.
