CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday December 28, 2013

“The Chief”
5 rounds:
AMRAP 3:
3 power clean (135/95)
6 push up
9 squat
– rest 1 minute between rounds
-each round is 3 minutes long.  During each round you will count your rounds and reps, then rest for 1 minute.  Start counting back at zero each round.
