3. box jump (24/20)
4. push up
5. clean (135/95)
6. double under
7. thruster (95/65)
8. pull up
9. overhead squat (95/65)
10. kettlebell swing (55/36)
11. push press (95/65)
12. dip
13. sumo deadlift high pull
14. burpee
15. back squat (135/95)
16. ghd sit up
17. lunge step
18. deadlift
19. knees to elbows
20. front squat (95/65)
