Complete all of this for time, any order, any way.  One person works, the other rests. As long as it all gets done, with one exception; the lunge must be done together while one lunges and the other walks beside them, switching as needed.

150 double under
800m run
50 squat clean (1 bar)
50 pull up
50 burpee
50 sit up
250m walking lunge
