push up
ball slam
sit up
squat

Tabata’s are :20 of work, :10 of rest for eight intervals. Record your lowest round. If it appears you are sandbagging reps to get a better number, there will be consequences.

Remember that today is “Bring a Friend Free”. Bring them along with you for this wod.
