Pick one movement from each group and perform the wod like the video below
Group 1:
Back Squat (135/95)
Front Squat (115/75)
Overhead Squat (95/65)

Group 2:
Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
Handstand push up
Push Up, chest to abmat

Group 3:
Pull up
Ring Pull up
Ring Row, as horizontal as you like it.
