CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday April 13, 2013

Pat and Liz’s pre-wedding partner wod:
4 rounds:
20 wall ball sit up, partner holds plank
13 burpees (Alternating, meaning you do one, then your partner does one until you accumulate 13 reps each)
7 horizontal ring rows, partner rests

After you and your partner finish your 4 rounds you will finish the workout with a 250m partner carry, rain or shine.  So either pick someone you can carry or it will be a long wod.  We will also have a scaling option for this.  Obviously you can’t both go at the same time, so once you have both made your lap, TIME!
