Off balance Squat, 100 reps
Overt Burpees, 100 reps
Lunging to Miles Rd
Swings with plates (45/35)

This Saturday April 1 is bring an open house. Anyone who is interested can attend any regular class. Doors open at 8:30, be in by 10:00 am at the latest.
