CrossFit Workout of the Day Monday September 1, 2014

4 rounds, 1 minute each movement for total reps:
hr push up
clean and jerk (135/95)
toes to bar
rest

Remember that Monday there are limited hours.  First class starts at 9:00 am, last wod starts at 10:00 am.  Last wod starts at 10, meaning not you walk in the door at 10.  You are ready to go at 10:00 am.  Normal hours resume Tuesday.
