CrossFit Workout of the Day Monday October 6, 2014

50′ one arm kb walking lunge, (55/36) (L)
25 kbs (55/36)
50′ one arm kb walking lunge (R)
25 lateral jump

Saturday is our 5k plus.  We will not have our normal workout schedule.  If you are doing the 5k you must sign up ahead of time.  We will also not have our 11:00 am free class this week.  You can sign up here:
