Push ups do not need to be hand release unless you are warned more than once to get your chest to the ground.

Remember, this week we will be closed on Saturday November 2 for a USAW Certification. You are all welcome to take a field trip to CrossFit Cleveland in Rocky River.  Normal hours will resume Monday morning.
