CrossFit Workout of the Day Monday November 23, 2015

For time:
10 reps, squat clean and jerk (135/95), 50 sit up
8 reps, squat clean and jerk, 40 sit up
6 reps, squat clean and jerk, 30 sit up
4 reps, squat clean and jerk, 20 sit up
2 reps squat clean and jerk, 10 sit up

Jerk can be any fashion, but it is not a thruster.

Wednesday November 25: Normal Hours
Thursday November 26: Closes
Friday November 27: Open at 9:00 am.  Be in the door by not later than 11:00 am.  No exceptions.
Saturday November 28: Normal Hours
