Running “Fran”
For time:
500m run
21 thrusters (95/65)
21 pull ups
400m run
15 thrusters
15 pull ups
250m run
9 thrusters
9 pull ups


Compare 5/9/12.  Distances are a little different, but deal with it.  If you are one of the marathoners, you can choose to row if you are sick and tired of running.  God knows I would.
