Heavy “Fran”
15-12-9 reps of:
Thruster (135/95)
Weighted Pull Up (45/25)


Can’t do weighted pull ups? Ok. Scale the pull ups to a level where they are more challenging.  Using bands? Try no bands.  Kipping? Try dead hang.  For the thrusters take your previous “Fran” weight (4/5/13) and add to it.
