CrossFit Workout of the Day Monday March 11, 2013

For time, 7 rounds:
7 deadlift (185/135)
7 clapping push up
7 ctb pull up


I have no idea what is coming up next week in the open, so the programming will heavily reflect what the main site offers.  I will also be putting in what I think you need to be ready for.  Stay tight on the DL, core tight during push up.  Get yourself as close as you can to chest to bar.  This is not a long wod.  Ask about scaling up options.
