CrossFit Workout of the Day Monday June 30, 2014

5 overhead squat (95/65)
10 box jump (24/20)
15 kbs (55/36)

On Friday July 4, we will open at 9:00 am.  There will be a wod on the board, but you are free to use it as open gym time.  Doors will close at 11:00 am.  Normal hours on Thursday and Saturday.
