    30 double under
    15 power snatch (75/55)

Today starts 100 days of burpees. For those that don’t know; day 1, 1 burpee, day 2, 2 burpees, day 3, 3 burpees… I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to improve their burpees and general conditioning. However, as this goes on, I really do not recommend doing every day.  Do it on the days you’re at the gym, but do it right. Go as fast as you can. Work hard and smart.
