For time:
-40 wall ball
2 rounds:
15 hang power clean (115/75)
15 back squat
-40 pull up
2 rounds:
15 deadlift (115/75)
15 hr push up
-40 double under

Saturday February 20 will be a bring a friend for free day.  You can bring in anyone that is interested in checking things out to any of the regular classes that morning.
