Five 3:00 rounds of:
10 Front Squat (AHAP)
10 box jump (30/24)
max cals rowed with remainder of time.

Rest 3:00 btwn rounds.

Please remember to order your sweatshirts and sweat pants. Orders are due this week and if we don’t have the quantity, none will be ordered. This is pre-order only. No inventory will be kept. Go to log in and select Great Lakes and place your order. Orders will be sent to the gym.

Also remember, this Friday, Ed will be hosting another yoga tune up for $20 per person.
