10 rounds for time:
10 bicep curl (45/35)
10 hang power snatch (45/35)
10 overhead squat (45/35)

Yes, you’re reading that correctly.  We are doing bicep curls.  We have never done that in 5 years, so it is about time to vary our workout.

This Saturday, September 5, will be an open house day.  Any friends or anyone interested in joining a normal class is open to show up and participate in that days wod.
