For time:
3 bear complex, 30 double under
6 bear complex, 20 double under
9 bear complex, 10 double under
6 bear complex, 20 double under
3 bear complex, 30 double under

Weights are 115 for men, 75 for women.  If you remember from two weeks ago, a bear complex consists of power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press.
