For time:
45 double under
4 rounds:
6 wall ball (12′ target men, 10′ target women)
6 pull up
6 burpee
then
70 double under
4 rounds:
6 wall ball (12′ target men, 10′ target women)
6 pull up
6 burpee

This Saturday April 11, we will have a bring a friend for free where you can bring a friend to any regular class.  This is a great chance to show your friends and family what you have been doing.
