CrossFit Workout of the Day May 4, 2012

Task List, not for time, in any order:
5 rope climbs
20 tire flips
400m farmers walk
10 laps, waiters walk
100 slashers

Or make up a missed wod from earlier in the week.

Can’t do rope climbs, it’s ok.  We will work on them and learn the basics.
