CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday September 27, 2013

Complete the following, not for time:
50 shoulder touches
2:00 face down kb hold on bench
30 fat grip deadlift
40 kb slashers
2:00 hold top of dip
2:00 hold bottom of dip

You can do this in any order, but you must complete one exercise before moving onto the next.  You can also choose to make up a missed wod from earlier in the week.
