CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday October 11, 2013

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
7 burpees
-with the remainder of the minute, max rep double unders

Remember, Saturday October 12 is Bring a Friend Free all day, any class time.

Also, if you are planning on attending the Halloween 5k, you must register via this link.  To be guaranteed a t-shirt you must register by October 11.  We would also appreciate you rsvp-ing to the facebook event page, but not necessary.
