Veterans Day Armistice wod

 

  • AMRAP in 11 minutes
  • 11 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 11 Burpees Over the Bar
  • 19 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
  • 18 Pull-Ups

This is meant to be a fast paced wod. Scale accordingly so you are moving the entire time.
