CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday November 1, 2013

For time:
100 cal row, 50 squats
100 flutter kick, 50 jumping ring dip
100 singles, 50 sit up
100 mountain climber, 50 jumping pull up


Remember, this week we will be closed on Saturday November 2 for a USAW Certification. You are all welcome to take a field trip to CrossFit Cleveland in Rocky River.  Normal hours will resume Monday morning.
