CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday May 23, 2014

For time:
800m run
50 back squat (75/55)
30 burpee

Memorial Day Hours: We will have limited hours.  We will open at 10:00 am, the last heat of that day’s hero wod will start by 11:00 am.  That is start your wod by then, not show up.  Regular hours will resume Tuesday morning.
