Not for time, in any order:
40 ghd sit up
40 pass thru on parallettes
heavy, fat grip, kb/db hold, 2:00 per side
:90 top of pull up hold
:90 L hang

This Saturday April 1 is bring an open house. Anyone who is interested can attend any regular class. Doors open at 8:30, be in by 10:00 am at the latest.
