AMRAP 12:
2 rounds:
50′ walking lunge w/ db in front rack
16 toes to bar
8 db power clean
2 rounds:
50′ walking lunge
16 bar muscle up
8 db power clean

Scaling will be available for those not participating in the Open. If you are doing the Open and/or scoring workouts. Make sure you are familiar with the standards. There will be too much going on to explain it multiple times.
