CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday March 1, 2013

Doing things a little different today with a Friday Task List.  Not for time.

1. Bench Press, 5 x 5.  Work up to a heavy set of five.  You must have a spotter when you bench.
2. Max distance, standing broad jump, 5 attempts.
3. 50 reps, 20 for 1 wall ball
4. 50 reps per side, side plank reach through
5. 5 attempts for max time, balancing on pvc roller.  If you get good at it, attempt a few squats.


Or possibly make up a missed wod from earlier in the week.

Please note changes to the evening schedule starting next week.
