For time, 1 to 10 reps of:
burpee x 1
box jump (24/20) x 2
double under x 3

3,2,1, go…1 burpee, 2 box jump, 3 double under. 2 burpee, 4 box jump, 6 double under. 3 burpee, 6 box jump, 9 double under…Whatever round you are on, multiply appropriately to see how many reps.  Can’t remember? Write it all down.
