CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday July 5, 2013

Reminder, we will only have two available class times on Friday.  One group at 11:00 am and one group at noon.

20 sit up
walking lunge down the side of the building
10 box jump (24/20)
run the back of the building to the next corner
15 ball slams
run backwards to next corner
10 push up
run back to the start


This is similar to what we did last July 4th.  If you haven’t figured it out, this will all be outside, weather permitting.  If it is raining heavily, we will be inside.  The start is at the tire or in the grass where you can do your sit ups.  If it still doesn’t make sense, show up and I will kindly explain.
