CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday January 25, 2012

For time:
30 handstand push ups
40 pull ups
50 hollow rocks
60 sumo deadlift high pull (75/45)
70 double under

For those of you doing the CrossFit Total on Saturday, remember that the time you signed up for is the start of your lifts.  You should arrive early to warm up so you are ready to go at your time.
