Death by Burpees
In a “Death by” workout, you perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute and so on until you are unable to complete the required number of repetitions in a given minute.
This Saturday January 17, we will have a “Bring a Friend Free” Day. Any of your friends that have been interested in the gym can come check things out for any regular class time and workout.
