CrossFit Workout of the Day Friday February 8, 2013

Rachel’s Birthday Wod, for time:
40 ring dip, 2 power clean, 8 squat clean
40 squat, 2 power clean, 8 squat clean
40 burpee pull up, 2 power clean, 8 squat clean
40 mountain climber, 2 power clean, 8 squat clean
40 sit up

 

The weight for the cleans will be approximately 50% of your max.  3RM power clean – 10/25/12, 1RM C&J – 8/15/12, 1RM Hang Squat Clean – 1/17/13, 3RM Squat Clean – 11/29/12
