  1. Friday “Funday”
    Not for time, in any order:
    -L sit, :90 total
    -handstand walk, 100′ or 100 shoulder touch in handstand
    -one arm, fat grip, heavy, kb hold, :90/side
    -box push across floor, 200′
    -twisting ball slam against the wall, 100/side

Or make up a missed wod from earlier in the week.
