Establish a max Clean and Jerk

Weights can be scaled. And rather than going for a max, you can just work to a comfortable heavy weight.  For everyone, please understand that this workout is a nightmare from my standpoint.  If you have any questions, please ask them before you get started or before we/I am scoring workouts.  Good luck.  Have fun.

max Clean and Jerk: 4/22/14, 3RM: 1/15/14
3rm Squat clean: 9/5/14
Split Jerk 1rm: 7/8/14
3rm front squat: 10/8/14
